Chris Janke-Bueno is a Personal and Group Fitness Trainer, NASM certified, Egoscue PAS certified and has trained in the MBF system. He uses the same functional and postural principles that you have learned to be pain free, to take you to that next level of conditioning.

Chris played basketball at a competitive level and became interested in posture and function because of a series of personal injuries. He began to investigate, and found that there is a connection between posture, functional strength, and pain. He began to learn all he could to help others. Chris is the author of "Functional Strength: The Key to Pain-Free Movement," which is available for purchase through amazon.com and at select retailers. , Chris has a passion for health, and loves the benefits that one receives by living a healthy lifestyle. His goal is to make health an integral part of daily life, so that it happens automatically.  Health should also be fun, as it is very fun to live an active life without pain or limitation. Building functional strength is the key to pain-free movement.
